Dan Mossenson is an Emeritus Partner and the Lead Partner of the Liquor Licensing Team at Lavan Legal.
Dan has been with the firm and its predecessors since 1968. He became a partner of Lavan and Walsh in 1973.
These days Dan principally practises in liquor licensing and related areas.
His reputation has been enhanced by articles he has written and his presentations to the tourism, hospitality, liquor, gambling and property industries.
Dan set up and manages the Small Bar Association of WA Inc. Over the years he has at various times acted for all associations of licensees.
