Iain has acted for both commercial clients of Lavan Legal and insurers predominantly in the areas of commercial dispute resolution, professional indemnity, construction matters, directors’ and officers’ insurance, fire, property and liability insurance and trade practices matters. Iain also has extensive experience in intellectual property law, having acted in numerous intellectual property disputes.
