Tim Coyle is special counsel – general litigation in the Commercial Advice and Litigation Group.

Tim conducts matters in various areas of commercial litigation including contractual and property disputes, trade practices, insolvency, banking and finance, intellectual property, professional negligence and employment law.  He has appeared as counsel in all of the Superior Courts in Western Australia, at trials and on appeals and in specialist tribunals.

He has presented papers to Law Society members and in other forums, on various topics in insolvency, property law, intellectual property and trade practices.

In addition to his Law degree, Tim has a First Class Honours degree in Philosophy and Politics.
