The licensing authority’s transition toward unrestricted and restricted manager classifications took another step forward yesterday. The Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor website was updated to allow approved managers to log on and commence the process of being issued with an ID card. Managers can now begin the application process by going to www.rgl.wa.gov.au and following the prompts.

The licensing authority also released a media statement on Friday 6 May 2011 (attached) in relation to the conditions to be imposed on late night licensees in Northbridge and surrounding areas. The media statement outlines the conditions to be imposed as of Monday 23 May 2011 including responsible service measures and a lockout provision.
